Public site

The public site uses no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or external video. The chosen language is stored for twelve months in the first-party armonia_locale cookie, strictly necessary to reopen the site in the requested language. It is written only when a language is picked in the selector: a visit that does not change language leaves no cookie.

That is why the site shows no cookie banner: Article 22.2 of Ley 34/2002 exempts cookies strictly necessary for the service the user asked for, and nothing else is set before consent. The check was run on 14 September 2026 on the built version: opening the home page, the menu and the booking page left no cookie, no local storage and no session storage. It must be repeated on the final domain.

Google Maps

The map does not load automatically. A Google connection starts only after “Display the map”; Google may then use its own cookies or technologies. Armonia does not store this choice.

Booking module

The booking page loads the online booking module, provided by Easy Studio, from resa.easystudio.be, the processor’s server located in the European Union. That load sends the IP address and the technical data of the connection to that server, as any web request does.

The module sets no cookie, no local storage, no session storage and no browser database, and embeds no advertising tracker. Checked in the browser on 14 September 2026 on the built page, up to and including the time-slot step. The check must be repeated on the full journey on the day the restaurant opens slots.

Private administration

The cockpit uses a single strictly necessary session cookie, named __Host-armonia_admin_session, hosted on our own server, set only after sign-in, valid for 30 days at most and always refused after 24 hours without activity, plus local storage for the working language. They are not installed during ordinary public browsing.

Planned Google measurement · inactive

A Google tag integration for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads is being considered. No measurement identifier is configured and no script from these services currently loads.

Before activation, the actual identifiers, cookies, purposes, providers and durations will be published. Basic consent mode will be used: tags remain completely blocked until the visitor accepts the relevant category. Analytics and advertising can be chosen separately.

Changes and control

Any future non-essential tracker will remain blocked before consent. “Accept” and “Reject” will be offered together with equal visibility, without pre-ticked options, and withdrawal will be equally easy.

A fresh scan will be performed on the final domain, before measurement or booking is activated and after every material change.
